Redesign of the Bois du Cazier website and implementation of an online ticketing system.
The Bois du Cazier, a former mining site, is now the main UNESCO-listed site, attracting over 60,000 visitors every year.
As Head of Communications, I was tasked with completely redesigning the Bois du Cazier website and modernising its graphic charter, including the integration of an online ticketing system.
The main challenge was to create a modern, user-friendly and responsive website that would reflect the site’s historical and cultural importance, while making it easy for visitors to access information and online ticketing.
The redesign of the Bois du Cazier website and the integration of the online ticketing system have helped to improve the visibility of the tourist site and simplify the visit planning process for tourists.
The responsive design ensures that the site is accessible to everyone, whatever device they use to access it.
